Introducing enhanced variety and expanded offering
Starting on February 1st, 2024, we enhanced our service subscription options. This means you'll now have the flexibility to choose from four distinct plans based on your specific needs and desired service level. Plus, we're introducing a range of new services across some of our subscription packages. Take a look at your updated options below.
Price tailored to your size
The monthly cost of your service subscription is variable starting February 1st, 2024. The subscription price now consists of a base fee and a per-payroll charge based on the number of payslips in the preceding month's regular payroll run. You received your first invoice at the end of February 2024.

Please provide the number of payslips from last month's regular payroll run and select the solution that best suits your business.
Remember, the price reflects factors such as your number of payslips, so it adjusts with any fluctuations in the volume of payslips in your payroll runs.

FAQ
Does our payroll letter price change? add
Answer: No, it is only the price of the actual service subscription that is changing. The upgrade of the service subscriptions does not affect other products and services and simply replaces your current subscription. Therefore, the payroll letter price itself will remain the same.
Can we choose a different service subscription plan? add
Answer: Yes, you certainly can. You can upgrade your subscription before the 15th of a month, starting on the 1st of the following month. Requests for subscription changes received after the 15th will take effect after the current month plus one month, starting on the first. If you wish to downgrade your subscription, the starting date will follow the terms outlined in Appendix 3 - Service Description - Service & Support.
How do I change my subscription plan? add
Answer: You can change your subscription here by filling out the form.
NB: Please note that your request to change your subscription will not be valid until you have signed a separate addendum to your existing agreement, which will be sent to you via Addo Sign.
How long are we bound to our subscription? add
Answer: You can upgrade your subscription before the 15th of a month, starting on the 1st of the following month. Can we attend your courses and Annual meetings if we have the Basic subscription plan? add
Answer: Yes, you are very welcome to attend our courses and annual meetings. You simply pay the attenance fee for each event, you would like to join.
Can we reduce the price of our subscription? add
Answer: You are free to choose any of our service subscription plans. A subscription with fewer services will also have a reduced price. You can upgrade your subscription before the 15th of a month, starting on the 1st of the following month. Requests for subscription changes received after the 15th will take effect after the current month plus one month, starting on the first. If you wish to downgrade your subscription, the starting date will follow the terms outlined in Appendix 3 - Service Description - Service & Support.
How do I find the amount of payslips we should enter into the calculator when we operate on a 14-day wage? add
Answer: You can calculate your price based on the number of pay slips in the regular payroll run. You can find the number in the report 'Følgeseddel'. If you have bi-weekly paid employees, they will only be counted once.
Can we get help choosing a service subscription? add
Answer: We are always happy to advise you on our services. Please call our conultants and we will help you.
Can we choose not to have a service subscription plan? add
Answer: No it is not possible to opt out of your service subscription. If you have any doupts about which subscription plan best suit your needs, please contact our consultants.
Who should we contact if we want to hear more about the different subscription options? add
Answer: If you want to know more about the different service subscription plans and get counseling on which one to choose you can contact our consultants and they will help you.
We operate on a 14-day wage. Does this matter in relation to the subscription price, which is based on the number of payslips and is billed per month? add
Answer: No it does not. An employee is not counted twice reguradless whether they are paid bi-weekly or have received a bonus in the month in question.
Which courses can we attend if we have outsourced the payroll task to you? add
Answer: We are expanding our course catalog to also include more courses in personnel law, well-being, and organizational development, among others. So, there won't only be courses about payroll.
Are all courses open for participation, and how many from the company may attend? add
Answer: If you have the Professional or Premium service subscription, you can participate in all types of courses (both physical and online) free of charge - including the annual meeting. If you have the Standard service subscription, you have free access to all online courses. There is no limit on the number of participants.
Why is the price calculated based on the number of pay slips in the regular payroll run? add
Answer: We have chosen this number as the basis for calculation because it gives us the most accurate picture in relation to the number of active employees in your company.
What do we do if we have multiple customer relations? add
Answer: If you have multiple customer relations under one company number (CVR), you previously had one subscription per customer relation. This is no longer necessary. Going forward, you only need to choose one subscription that covers all of your customer relations.

Outsourcing customers get 50% off the total subscription price.
* The basis of calculation is based on the amount of payslips in the ordinary payroll run of the previous month.
